2020 가을학기

등록 안내

콜럼버스 한국학교 학생들, 가족분들 모두 건강하고 안전하게 이 시기를 보내고 계시길 바랍니다. 코로나 상황이 개선되는 기미가 보이지 않아, 기존에 오프라인/온라인/휴교 결정을 위한 설문조사를 하기로 했던 계획을 취소하고, 온라인 수업으로 진행하기로 결정하였습니다. 온라인 수업은 Google Meet을 통하여 실시간으로 (synchronous) 매주 1시간 30분씩 14주 동안 진행됩니다. 

 

온라인 수업의 특성상, 유치반 아이들의 수업이 힘들 것으로 판단되어 부득이하게 유치반은 휴교하기로 결정하였습니다. 많은 양해 부탁드립니다. 그리고 혼란을 최소화 하기 위해, 반편성을 새로 하거나 신입생을 받지 않고 기존 반을 그대로 유지한 상태로 수업을 진행할 계획입니다. 마지막으로, 특별활동은 진행하지 않습니다.

  • 수업료: 기존 수업료의 60% 

    • 지난학기 일찍 종강함에 따라 기존 수강생에게 60%의 수업료가 크레딧으로 남아 있습니다. 이번학기 등록을 하시게 되면, 이 크레딧이 그대로 수업료로 반영되며, 추가 납부하실 필요 없습니다. 

    • 유치반 아이들을 포함하여, 등록을 하지 않으신 분들은 크레딧을 첵으로 돌려드리도록 하겠습니다. 아래 링크를 통하여 환불된 첵을 받으실 주소를 남겨주십시오. 저희 회계년도가 바뀌기 때문에, 다음 봄학기로 크레딧을 넘기는 것은 가능하지 않습니다.

  • 등록방법

    • 등록을 원하시는 분은 다음 링크를 통하여 8/21까지 의사를 전달해 주세요. 학생이 여러명일 경우 따로 따로 등록해주시기 바랍니다. 

    • 유치반 + 등록을 원하지 않은 분들: 다음 링크를 통하여 첵을 받으실 주소를 8/21까지 남겨주십시오. 

 

친구들과 한창 뛰어놀아야할 아이들이 코로나로 조심하며 보내야 하는 지금 시기가 참으로 안타깝습니다. 정상적인 모습은 아니지만, 온라인을 통해서나마 아이들이 한국에 대한 관심을 유지하고, 한국어도 꾸준히 배우며, 한국학교 친구들과 관계를 유지해 나가길 기대해 봅니다. 모두 건강하시고, 질문이나 건의사항이 있으시면 언제든지 이메일로 알려주세요. 

Fall 2020

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We hope all KACSCO families are staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented time.  Due to the uncertain situation with COVID-19, we have canceled the plan of collecting surveys about the Fall Semester and decided to move the classes to online. The classes will be synchronous instruction on Google Meet and meet for 90 minutes weekly during the 14 weeks semester.

 

Due to its needs and capacity, we have decided to cancel the online instruction for Kinder classes.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this difficult time. We plan to have student staying in the current class without changes, and will not accept new students at this point to minimize any confusion.  There will not be extracurricular activities.

  • Tuition : 60% of regular tuition

    • Returning students have 60% of regular tuition held as a credit with us due to early termination of last semester. When you register for the Fall Semester, your credit will be applied as a tuition and there won’t be additional charges. 

    • We will issue a check for your credit to students in Kinder classes and the students who not wish to register for Fall Semester. Please use the link below and leave us your mailing address where you would like to receive the check. Due to our fiscal year planning matters, it is not possible for us to hold your credit for next semester.

  • Registration

    • Please use the link below and inform us your plans for the semester by 8/21. If you have more than 1 student, please fill out the form separately for each student. 

    • Students in Kinder classes and students who do not wish to register this semester: Please use the link below and leave us your mailing address where you would like to receive the refund check by 8/21. 

We understand the difficulty of the parents and students during this time. While it is not at its normal form, our hope is that the online classes help students to continuously be interested in Korea, learn Korean, and keep the friendship with their classmates. Please stay healthy and contact us with any questions or concerns.
